creating a fertile ground

The greatest healing comes from going inward and listening to what your body really needs physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In this workshop you will have the opportunity to understand these needs for a healthy fertile outcome no matter where you are on the path in having a baby join your life.

The term “infertile” has a fairly drastic feel to it, and in many cases is a very unfair label. Think of the word when applied to the earth: if the earth is infertile and barren we think of a harsh dry desert landscape where very little will grow and prosper. But, any piece of ground can be turned into an abundant garden with some time, care and nourishment. This can be a very helpful way to think of your body and your fertility.

We promote a method of building the soil - your body - adding water, and creating a healthy environment for the plants - your child - that you are trying to cultivate. It may be that Western medicine offers the answer for you. Western medicine has helped many women conceive children, but the allopathic/conventional approach is not going to help you heal and nourish yourself. We believe that in helping the entire process of trying to conceive it is best to take a few months to prepare yourself and nurture yourself as best as you can to aide any procedures that you may elect to have.

Nourishing the fertile soil

In this workshop you will nourish your fertile ground through a peaceful and insightful time of learning. You will discover the energetic nature of your body as taught through the wisdom of Asian and Western medicine.

We will cover:
  • Nutritional basics for good egg and sperm production, hormonal balancing, and overall body health
  • Basic herbal and supplemental recommendations that optimize your health and fertile outcome
  • Meditation and other relaxation practices that reduce stress and nourish body energies essential for healthy reproduction

Meditation and mindfulness relaxation techniques are essential in cultivating harmony, balance, and well-being by reconnecting you with your vital life force energy. Developing a regular practice releases toxins from your body/mind and cultivates an internal self-awareness allowing you to return to your whole or healed state for an easy, natural fertility. 

Forms may involve sitting meditation, visualization, acupressure, and specific breathing techniques.
